It's available for free online, why download it?

Wonder what episodes the other 2 prequels will be for?

They're publishing the adjustment between regions that have 46-minute
hours and the ones that have 49-minute hours? What a good idea. How
long is an ABC hour anyway - you might not need to view that online?

Isn't there a newsbreak at about that time? And didn't they used to
ad a cut down making off?

Assuming we're still talking about Doctor Who "The Impossible Astronaut"
(season 6, episode 1), it certainly is available for download from
places other than youtube.

Oh, you appear to be talking about a 3-minute prequel which aired before it.

I haven't seen it yet, but I assume it contains a storyline set before
"The Impossible Astronaut" episode.

I initially misinterpreted "occurs" and assumed it referred to an airing
before the episode.

True. It's actually shorter than 3 minutes (my mistake). It really
contains nothing that you didn't really get from the episode, but it
was a bit spookier, I think. Much better than the Tardisodes which
were badly written and teased less and then threw in another scene to
create shock... this one actually did the job by itself.

Easy to do if you sensibly erase all prior posts each day.

It was a Scottish girl that did that not an American and she yelled

No, I'm talking about the prequel:

Original post:
"Not on here until the 30th... but the prequel is available online."

Other posts:
"Wonder what episodes the other 2 prequels will be for? "
"The 3 minute clip available online which does not appear in the

Please learn to read.

That can be found a number of places, not just youtube, but streamed,
not for download.

I can read, thank you. I got confused because the thread split, so the
information you posted above was not in the message that I replied to.

I had simply forgotten about the other part of the thread at first. I
noticed it later, as per my other post.

Spooky.
So, now we've all seen it, on with the show.

Unfortunately, the episode wasn't as spooky as the prequel.

The comedy was quality, though.

The time stuff was up to scratch.

11 is developing his own personality, but I think that Moffat still
wishes he was writing for 10. The nonsense talk, especially, is
always a little too tenth Doctory for me.

A little bit of the best-of-Moffat's-Who-stories going on in the
scripting. Creepy children, monsters that you need to see and a
scrarier when you don't look at them, River Song, paradoxical events,
the Doctor waving from old movies, "haunted" space suits.

My big question... does River Song forget the aliens? We didn't get
the forget noise and she still seemed scared when she stuck her head
out of the tunnel... long after she stopped seeing them. She's up to
something (always is).

On River Song's claim that they're seeing each other backwards and the
first time he sees her meet will be the last time she sees him sounds
like Moffat's suddenly realise the potential for a tradegy of a time
travelling couple. Unfortunately, it requires changing previous
events and didn't really show in her first episode. Also reminds us
there's going to have to be recasting eventually.

Still a fun and interesting start to the season.
